Well, if it's obvious then we're all happier for it because it means it's a non-problem that is very easy to fix!
When you are in glint, look at the buttons on the bottom of the page and go to Styling. Make sure the button that is selected on the left above this panel is My Closet and not His Closet because we need to change her appearance. Once you're seeing her clothes, you'll notice a semi-transparent "Styling" button. Tap on it and it will send you to the character edit page, where you can change her hair/makeup/accessory etc. Once you apply the one you want you can tap the arrow on the top left to exit the page, and you should have your desired look.
It's basically the same process that you would follow to change his hairstyle (for example long-haired Raf), but mirrored for MC.
