I forget things ALWAYS. i think my brain hard drive is at capacity and new stuff just enters temporary RAM and flushes often.
which is why i often go old school and write things down in a notebook - something about seeing it on paper and taking the time to form the letters makes it stick better AND i then have a handy reference for later that I can flip through in a heartbeat.
see other thread PROBLEM - if i end up reinstalling and losing my game, I will probably go that route from the (new) start and then i will feel a little better about it. right now i bombed through seven chapters like a greedy maw and some of the earlier details are already hazy.
how fast did YOU find yourself getting into? was it reluctant? did you drag your heels or did you just throw yourself in the well in the first ten minutes?
