Nope, everything is one time only.
Once you've completed all cases (so all mission's branches for all LIs), triggered all the incidents for each LI, got all the codes and all the items, the only thing left is getting 2000exp every AC run by running through a mission again. Those 2000exp should send you 20 lvls forward and give you a bunch of rewards. That's it, then you wait 13 days or however long the countdown is.
This entire game is one-time only, it's why so many people are complaining that it's so difficult to farm diamonds without spending real money once you're a long-term player.
P.S. What you might be thinking about is SHC. That's repeatable, and one of the only rare sources of regular diamonds.
