okay! first, Sylus turned up nearly right out of the gate (hello, darling! so pleased to see you too) and then Caleb decided to finally wander through the kitchen on pull 66 so thanks for that, gege.

-- nope still haven't gotten to Death & Rebirth, i am being very methodical and not peeking ahead.

-- as far as i'm concerned, Sylus is likely down for anything that looks even remotely amusing, even if its only for an evening or even just a few hours. the man doesn't seem phased by anything, at least not that i've ever seen. i mean, he even gave himself a legit fruit selling business because... he felt like it? it seemed the thing to do at the time? it made the girlfriend stomp her foot? i mean, c'mon, all of the above!

i am now sitting down with my tea and an enthusiasm bordering on maniacal to see what Sylus has in store for me. i even remembered to glitch myself to my new dragongirl look (oh yeah! i finally got both cards ascended tonight, right after i finished wish pulling so eeeeee THAT IS NEXT *cough*).

• i gotta say.. i always forget just so deep and drawn out Sylus talks, since he hasn't turned up that often lately for me. i just adore his VA's cadence and when he chuckles, it's like a hand stroking down your back. gosh, i love him, your honor.
  
• the way Sylus says "...your Association", I get the impression he's not really impressed by my employers.  honestly buddy, neither am i. 
  
• uh, Anhausen class evolvers are vulnerable specifically to magnetic fluctuations? since when!?

• hey, i LIKE this motorcycle! don't you dare imply a thing about her. don't listen to him babycakes, he's a nepotism hire.
  
• there is a lot more lip movement than i've seen before. have they upgraded the... everything? Sylus has a couple of new idle animations? it even seems like there's just more motion overall.
  
• nooo Sylus, do not, for the love of little sweet pickles, wander this way to lean over me like you want to inspect my lip gloss up close. i have only so much self control and i use most of it to resist fried mushroom options.
  
• may i take this moment to say... i love being a badass motorcycle driver. some of the recent myths i've gone through have me as a spoiled helpless brat and its so great to suddenly be competent and hell-for-leather again.
  
• in some of these lights, Sylus looks damned near ethereal. 
  
• oh my god, YES, he DOES SIT DOWN WITH YOU. fantastic, perfect, gorgeous, no notes.
  
• does.. wow. did he really just nearly outright state he wants me to come live in the N109? that was right on the edge of an outright statement.
  
• i am adoring these new animations. i hope they don't get old anytime soon.
  
• awww! i got to the dance scene and the whole sequence glitched out -- music kept playing but i was freeze-framing the whole way through. fine. whatever. i can come back to that later, maybe it'll iron itself out or there will be a patch or something.
  
• oh. so it was me that got so into that that we ended up with both us on the ground. well, good for me. and then Sylus for flipping us over.
  
• so much kissing. yas, queen, geddit.
  
• also, did you notice they've played with the lighting? while its still kinda weirdly inconsistent to the stated text in sections (ie, we were supposed to be in darkness in the tunnel at the beginning and it was obviously lit up by actual lights on the walls), there's been moments when its supposed to be night or in the dark corner of the bar and the scene lighting actually reflects that with Sylus in obvious shadow.  love that for all of us, even if it does make screencapping more interesting.
