MENU TUTORIAL

I knew the SSR crates were special, and I did in fact just hoard the couple I got when I saw they gave the option for a 5* card and I didn't know what was the best choice.

Abysswalker, here I come!

(I put all the companion cards in a little listed set on the boys' pages on my personal website and then pinned a picture for the one(s) I already have (which is two - one for Rafe and one for Xavier) along with how you obtain them because writing shit down is how stuff gets accomplished!)

If you use your resources to build Abysswalker a bit he might just drag you by force through all the battles and a few tens of orbit stages. There's a little gimmick you need to use with him where he spawns purple gems on the battle field and if you get them his charging bar goes up faster for his ult attacks. Also if you have more than one enemy (he has crowd control on top of everything else) he might put a purple gem on one and if you attack that target you also give him a solid boost.

I've also found this visual guide on which protocores are more useful for the myth companions

OK time to talk about the cafè interactions.
You can do very basic interactions even when you're in the main page of the game, but for the sake of this guide, lets tap/click on the message symbol on the left side of the main page to get into the cafè proper.

You'll see on the bottom the various symbols I've already shown in the menu tutorial (remind me + notebook, relax time, what to eat, tete-a-tete, his heartbeats + quality time), and on the right the symbols to change his outfit, background music, the location (whether begonia store or silverbay store), the magnifying lens to get in close-up interaction mode, and then the camera.

Check the achievement menu in your profile to see which cafè menu interactions will give you rewards. Some will raise affinity the first time you do them like the What To Eat option. "Tete-a-tete" has also fun interactions when you make them introduce themselves to your friends or parents.

Now, possible basic interactions on screen usually are:

- generic tap on any area of his body (it will trigger different comments)
- swipe over any area of his body like a caress (it will trigger different comments)
- tap and hold over any area of his body (it will trigger different comments) [for example you can access the His Heartbeat option by simply tapping and holding over his heart]
- pinch on the screen to zoom in (close-up interaction mode) or zoom out
- tap and hold over any area outside of his body to redirect his gaze there (no comments, I guess it's for photo purposes)
- you can shake the device if the option is activated (it will trigger a reaction)

What some don't know is that you can bother them long enough by touching them constantly that they turn their back on you in protest. At which point you can smack their ass. Yes, this is something coded in the game. The ass has jiggle physics. You can also touch them anywhere else on their back, and it will trigger other comments. Then you can aggravate them long enough that they turn back again.

Last but not least:
in your profile page next to your name there's a pen to edit your Name or Nickname. If you go to Nickname you'll have the choice of writing a General nickname that works for all LIs, and individual nicknames per LI (but you can only change 1 per day). What some don't know is that certain nicknames have been dubbed by the VAs and will trigger unique comments by the LIs (you have to write them with the first letter capitalized).

Triggering that voiced comment is a bit more complicated than usual, because sometimes when you already have your chosen LI in the cafè when you give him a nickname to use, he won't voice it. Instead it seems to work if you have in the cafè another LI, then you go and put the nickname for the LI you want, then go back to the cafè and swap the current LI for the one you want to say the lines. Then the dialogue should trigger.

I can only say they accounted for you tapping everywhere, and technology is amazing.

hey, i got my first card shard completed card! and it is, of course, for Rafayel for whom i already have the most cards so we're definitely well liked by our water princeling.

the one I got was Oceanside Exchange so i am now going to make tea and sit down and enjoy it.

That's such a cute audio! And then suddenly it gets melancholic and metaphorical because of course, it's Raf.
