in further news, i need Abysm Sovereign in my life, stat. i don't quite grasp how to use it well with the way the HP boomerangs but I Am In Love.

Yeah the basic mechanic is that you eat at your own health bar so that your DMG increases exponentially, so you build up your HP with protocores to survive till the end and wreck the entire protofield.
AS is so majestic and I want it so bad, the story is SO GOOD you have no idea. But. Sylus will have his 3rd myth at the end of December if the calendar is correct. Literally one month after AS rerun. Which means unless you want to spend for two banners back to back (and reruns don't give anything for free, you have to pay for every single pull) - which you might still have to do because you'll also have the multibanner for the anniversary - you might have to think about which myth to choose. And the current myth companions that are coming out now ARE stronger than the old ones.

Very difficult and painful choices.

to be honest (and please don't tell anybody), i am already saving for those back to backs. i am building me a WHEE! expense account to pull from.

as long as the spicy beach banner isn't so spicy that i need to do anything there, I think I'll be okay? after Fallen Crown, I am pretty sure I'll pass on everything until the whammy of Zayne's new myth, the re-run of Abysm and then Sylus' new myth hit in consecutive months at the end of the year.

as Abysm will be the only one with the hard price tag, I'll just save every diamond I can for the other two to help defray the upfront costs. And honestly, December means Christmas and I usually get a nice little bonus from the company on my last paycheque which this year I will invest only half into the holiday booze and the other half can go into hot mafia men.

On the beach banner, rumors still go that it's going to be very spicy, but we'll see. The funny (not funny) thing is that I'll be away on vacation one week starting from the 4th of august, and in that same week I'll manage to miss, among other things, the beach trailer. If I find internet anywhere I'll hide for the 10 minutes required to lose my mind over it.

weirdly enough i will also be on vacation starting on Aug 1st, but I'll only miss two days around the 6th or so as i gotta go help the parental units pack for a move. i should still have access to ze internet and mom might enjoy a spicy banner! dad can put his hands over his ears or something.
