WE ARE DEAD. absolutely dead. i've been seeing gif sets all over tumblr for Caleb and one this morning for Sylus and i think imma just die.
i literally want them all but i am going to have to focus. Xavier's looks so, SO good as well, i have such a soft spot for Prince Charming with a sword. I LOVE that they have Rafayel in another hooded ensemble and have gone back to playing a priest-vibe like in Golden Sands.
i am just trying not to vibrate too much, honestly. this is EXACTLY my aesthetic, all tech and shiny metals and people dying left right and center around me while i'm standing on ground zero.

My mental breakdown as I was watching it is in the thread about the livestream, so I won't repeat myself here.
I'm very, very, very, very curious about pretty much every single one of the LIs' stories. It's usually easy for me to choose Raf-Sy-Gege as the holy trinity for the precise wish, but this time Zayne and Xav are really calling me.
- Sylus is tempting me even just because of the helmet accessory. It would go so well with his biker outfit <3
Also, his card might be the one with the most insane background. The huge portal with the spaceships and then the explosions <333
- Xav's voice goes hard in the trailer, too. Very curious about the story there, it's like he was dethroned and he's now coming back to claim his former status?
- People were/are freaking out about Caleb's legendary line in English and then slept on teacher Zayne saying "you've matured" before making out with MC. Plus MC stepping on him. 10/10
- Do I need to say anything else about gege? No, I don't think so.
- Months ago I saw a fanart with priest Raf and it changed me as a person. This banner will ruin me. Also, I've managed to stay away from the kindle trailers because they spoil the entire thing, but I know from a tiktok slowmo video that there's a tongue licking MC's lips somewhere down the line and I'm (not) ready.
The music is also /chef's kiss
I'll somehow have to be interested in my real social life tomorrow since it's the new year but all I'll be thinking about is LADS.

i watched the trailer again a few times today, you know, for research purposes and i think i gotta try for Xav / Sylus / Caleb which means I will probably end up with Zayne and Rafayel on 'losing' the 50/50 because let's be honest, there are no bad cards here.
Xavier scooping us up in one arm (!?!) and then falling with us off the railing to streak AS A STAR across the broken battlefield? fucking hell.
Black Hole Caleb, no notes. you know my heart, i don't need to splatter it in front of you.
Battlelord Sylus ... correct me if I'm wrong, but the dialogue makes it sound like he's coming to our Empire's aid if we promise to marry him once he's won our war? like, is that what's going on there? or is he who we're actually FIGHTING?

As far as I've understood, all the LIs are some sort of enemy to us. And Sylus is in an arranged marriage with MC? Idk I'm loving all the marriage tropes they're going for with him since his latest myth.
I just woke up, got a single screenshot of Caleb's card on X and cackled. First time since I've started playing this game where I HOPE I'll lose the 50/50 with him.
I'm playing the various events related to the current multi and...did infold pay to use Once Upon A Dream from Sleeping Beauty as background music? lol

Guess who decided to show up first while I was pulling? Sylus of course! Then thanks to a streak of luck I haven't seen since I started the game, I also got Rafayel (a red!!! Finally a 5* red!!!!), all in the span of 32 pulls.
This would be the point where I stop because I somehow managed to get 2 cards without spending a cent, if it wasn't for Caleb's card which is a need and a must. Infold needs to know I 100% support gegemeimei going mask and panties off.
But plot twist, Zayne crashes my party with a standard card! So now I have the precise wish activated for Caleb, but I'm forced to go another 60 pulls if I'm unlucky.
My final count is 150 wishes: Sylus, Raf, Caleb, and a Zayne dupe that gave me lunar shards.

i haven't started to pull yet because i have spent the last (checks clock) two and half hours picking my way through Everything Else. that new Home thing is DIABOLICAL.
i am so glad i have today off, this is vaguely insane. and i am TERRIBLE at skating.
yay for that good luck! you and Rafayel are so completely adorable, which is why i don't feel back hoping for Xavier instead of our darling Sanctarch, as I assume you'll be posting the NICE SCREENSHOTS of the BEST MOMENTS, right?

okay, it could have gone better but also could have gone worse so i'mma rest on my wishing laurels. i went nearly to hard pity on both attempts -- lost the first 50/50 to a standard Zayne card so got the precise wish for Caleb after that. went on the second merry-go-round-ride and who did i lose the 50/50 to? why... Caleb of course! why, gege, why do you do this to me?
but that got me precise wish for Sylus AND with only four more tickets at that point, I got the celestial crate and decide to splurge on Xavier's card since I wasn't thrilled with Sylus' alt colors, and i'm not THAT much of a hardcore battlebabe to want to R1 him anyways just in case he comes in handy somewhere with that offcolor.
so final score was an R1 Caleb, a Sylus and a Xavier. ta da!

I tried resisting but ended up getting the crate too so I could rank Raf. Next red cards for him will all be reruns which are significantly more expensive to get, so I thought it a good idea to spend a bit more right now. I'm still stuck in the open orbit requiring a full red stella match, but I'm close enough to clear it that it might be a matter of better RNG or even protocores.
I'll put my screenshots of Raf's card later!
I also watched Caleb's and oh my god. Possibly the most explicit and insane of the entire year out of ALL the LIs. I'm a changed person. Sylus and Caleb usually sit with one ass cheek each on 2nd place for me but Caleb is kicking Sylus down quite aggressively. We'll see after I'll watch his card, too.
