My first day of holidays is dedicated to finishing off all the Kahli runs for Sylus so I can put that to bed with a pat of satisfaction. I am considering hitting the store for the obligatory Doritos and Mountain Dew cans, just for the verisimilitude of it all.

I don't know if you're already doing it this way, but if you want to make it slightly quicker, there's no need to run the entire mission 3 times for each faction+kahli, but 2. One without the keepsake object, one with it (once you have it you'll automatically unlock both the "good ending" and the secret ending).
