Yeah both need to be up to 60. I hope we'll get a double exp bottle thing going on after we're done with this. We should be getting some more upgrading resources with the new Promise run (if you buy it, the free one is pretty basic), plus the new incoming banner that will come with a new shop where we should be able to fill our purses.
Sylus' third myth is at the end of november/early december if I remember correctly and if the predicted schedule stays consistent, so up until then you can take your time with getting those cards to 60. If you want to immediately watch the new myth once it comes out, that is (I always take for granted that it will reference the past myths+the main story).
I'll definitely wait for your reaction to this second myth (not necessarily in long form like in the past, even just a general commentary on it), because AS came out once the writers were already stretched and trained for this kind of task, so it feels like a more cinematic experience than the ones that came before (just like Caleb's limited myth is also a whole movie, which was then followed by Tears of Romirro, etc.)
